Our Story

Initially not a fan of agriculture and farming, Errol grew up to find himself a fan of natural ingredients that can be used in making foods. Growing up in Jamaica, he observed many a time that the food made of organic products is much tastier and more appealing  than any other style of Cooking. The most inspiring incident was when he saw his grandfather making food with just pork and coco yam served on coco leaves. This made him fall in love with Caribbean foods. AmeriCarib is a food cart based on this very idea to provide a different experience in an otherwise metropolitan and rushing city.
